Using our e-mail forwarding service will save you months of time spentwaiting between letters sent overseas! This service is available forany address in Russia, or the CIS. We will deliver and translateletters to any woman that you would like to write to -- even if she is from another marriage agency.

How our service works:

Option #1

You may send a letter to a lady from her own personal profile page by selecting the "send me a letter" button. This method is recommended over sending us a letter by e-mail for an individual lady because they usually take 1-2 fewer days to process, because the system will send your letter directly to the lady's local office and will include all necessary instructions, photos, and so on, atone time, in one place.

If you don't have a client account with us, the first time you select this option, you will be asked to fill out some information to create one. After this first time, you'll need only to enter your e-mail address and a password which you chose when you created your account.

You'll then see a letter box, where you can enter your letter. Your address, and the address of the lady, is included automatically, so you don't need to worry about including this information in your letter.

After you've completed your letter, you're shown a list of choices to apply to your letter instructions:

 Regular/Registered mail.Registered mail is a good idea, because it ensures that your letter will arrive safely, as it is necessary to sign for it. It isn't absolutely necessary, but please keep in mind that the possibility exists that something will happen to a regular letter, and it may be lost in delivery. It doesn't always happen, but the chances are much greater than in most western countries.

 Translation.If a lady's language rating is not listed, or rated at a value of 1-3, it's usually necessary to have a letter translated so she'll be able to understand it without problems. If a lady is rated at 4 or 5, it's up to you to decide if it's necessary to translate your letters. As a general rule, it's a good idea to have your first letter translated no matter what her rating is, as it's considered polite and respectful toward her. If she says that you can write her in English, or if she writes you directly in English, then it's clear that you won't need to translate any further correspondence.

 Paying for replies.We don't take any money from our ladies to enter our album, and don't charge them anything for our services. This way, you can be certain that if you receive a reply, it's because a lady wants to write you, and not because anyone is getting extra money per reply. However, we don't assume that every one of our clients will want to pay for their replies (in theinterest of fairness). However, we do strongly recommend that you select the option to pay for replies, as the average monthly salary in the CIS and Russia is anywhere from €50-€100 per month, depending on the exact city. However, if you want her to write you by regular post, or communicate in some other way, you're welcome to include this in your letter, aswell. We absolutely don't edit the content of any letters sent through our agencies. There is NO pressure placed on you or on the ladies to continue to use our services -- we only offer them as a convenience.

 Photos.A yes/no button will allow you to include photos with your letter. The photo should be in JPG format and no larger than 100K in size. If you cannot convert your photo into this format, or reduce its size, please write us and include the photo as an attachment and we'll try to do it for you. You have six open photo slots with your client account.

Once you've entered all of your information, you're shown the total cost of the letter and asked if you wish to continue or not. When you choose to continue, the letter is processed and you are e-mailed an automated receipt with your letter details and cost, plus your remaining balance in your letter forwarding account.

If you have not retrieved the contact information for the lady, the cost for this will be added to your letter, and you'll be sent her complete information. If you have written her before, the system will be aware of this, and (of course) you will not be charged again for this information. If you wish to write to many women at once, it might be a cheaper option to choose to become a member of our agency.

Option #2

This method is best for when you want to send the same introductory letter to more than one woman at the same time. Keep in mind, we'll make small changes for each letter without any charge (names of cities, her name, etc.).

1. You type the letter and send it to us at: letters@exoticlady.net Place all names, addresses, and ID numbers at the top of the page. We will assign you a permanent ID# and you will place your name, address, and ID# on the top of each of your letters. This is how we will process your correspondence and provides an ability to track letters if necessary or requested by you at any time. A sample letter in its proper format is located on our Mail Forwarding Instructions page. Please read and follow the instructions on this page before sending any mail for us to forward. This will ensure there will be no delays in sending your correspondence on its way!

2. When we receive your letter we forward it by e-mail to our office in the lady's city the same day we receive it. If you wish us to forward a letter to a lady not in our database, we'll forward the letter to the city which is closest to her own, if we don't have an office in the same city.

3. Our in-country office then prints your letter and photo or photos (if you chose to include any) and places it in an envelope, sending the letter to its final destination by regular local postal mail, so it won't attract any unwanted attention.

4. After the woman receives your letter, she can send you an e-mail letter as a reply using the same procedure in reverse or she can write to your home address by regular postal mail. Most women cannot afford to pay the e-mail forwarding costs, but if you want to pay them for her, you may do so. Just be sure to let us know if you want to do this in your initial instructions. This is a great way to show how thoughtful you are!

5. With this procedure, it is possible to send and receive a letter in as little as 3-5 days (if she replies quickly). Regular postal mail will take a minimum of 30-40 days round-trip for the same letter, and it can be even longer.

6. The total cost of our Standard service to you is 4 Euros for a letter up to two pages in length, and each additional page is 1.5 Euros, or you can use our Registered service for 1 Euro more and your letter will be mailed by registered mail. This is one of the best ways of sending mail quickly that we know of, and ensures its safe arrival. UPS and FedEx have two day delivery but it will cost you from $45-$75 for this! The U.S. postal service has International Express mail but the cost is nearly as high to the cities included (which are not many in Russia and the FSU) and it takes 3-5 days.

7. We also allow you to send photographs in jpg format. To print them in Black and White costs 1.5 Euros each, and to print them in Color costs 3 Euros each with each e-mail letter that you send. Our system will accept all .jpg and .gif photos up to 100K in size. Anything larger, please write us directly and we can convert them for you.

8. If you decide that you would like to use this service now, or in the future, you may open an account with us. Send us some money to place in a account for you -- the amount can be anything that you want, but we recommend a minimum of 50 Euros to start with. Each time that we send a letter for you, we will deduct the charges from your account. A day or two after each letter is processed by our office, you will receive an automated update showing your current balance. You can add additional funds to your account at any time. If at any time you wish to close the account we will credit any remaining balance to you for any of our other services. Most men find that this is well worth the cost, especially when you consider the time savings and the poor mail service that most of the CIS and Russian postal services have to offer.

9. If you would like a letter translated from Russian to English, or English to Russian, we can do so for a cost of 8 Euros per typed page with a one page minimum (650 words per page). Most services are charging 5 cents per word which is more than $35 for an average one page letter! The reason we are able to do it cheaper is because your letter is sent to our local agents where the actual translation takes place.

10. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your correspondence has been processed. Usually, this is sent the same day, or the day after your letter(s) is/are sent. Thisreceipt will show the names/IDs of all recipients, the services performed (translation, ifany photos were printed, regular or registered mail, and so on) the total cost, and the amount of money you have remaining in your letter account. The receipt will also include atracking number for each letter, should there ever be a need to look up the letter in thefuture.
